How do I use UK Jewish Film On Demand?
Once you have found a film you wish to watch, go to that film’s page, click on the price icon in the top right corner of the film trailer and a Vimeo pop-up will appear. Either log-in or sign-up to Vimeo, then select whether you would like to rent or buy (some films are only available to rent). Enter your payment details (and if you have a promo code, enter it now). Watch the film!
Can I watch your films on my TV?
Only certain Smart TVs are compatible with the Vimeo app. To see if yours is compatible, click here. If you have a compatible TV, it is still often easier to rent or purchase the film through your computer and then watch it through the app on your TV. If you are unable to download the Vimeo app, we recommend connecting your computer to your TV using an HDMI cable, an Amazon Fire Stick or Google Chromecast.
How can I get technical support?

Can I watch your films if I live outside of the UK?
Whilst most of our films are geo-locked to the UK, a small selection are available in other countries. This varies from film to film.

Do I have to be a Member of UK Jewish Film to watch your films?
No! Anyone can watch our films with no subscription or additional fees. Becoming a Member helps support UK Jewish Film (a registered charity) and gives you great benefits including two free rentals and 20% discount on all On Demand films. To become a Member, click here.
Can I watch any films for free?
Why do I have to pay to watch films?
We do not own the rights to the films presented on UK Jewish Film On Demand and, as such, have to pay the rights holder a fee in order to be able to bring you these films. Any profit goes towards supporting the activities of UK Jewish Film, a registered charity.
I have signed up as a Member but I haven’t received my discount code yet, what should I do?
