Arkadi Kogan is a Russian and Israeli film director and screenwriter. Born in Siberia, he trained as an architect before graduating from the Institute of Cinematography in Moscow. For 13 years Arkadi worked as Chief Director of the Documentary Department for Channel One Russia. Since 2013 he has been living in Israel. In 2018, Arkadi’s film about the famous human rights activist and Israeli politician Natan Sharansky premiered in the Israeli Parliament.
