“A 14-year-old champion powerlifter proves there is more to strength than rippling muscles.” – Jerusalem Post

In the case of Naomi Kutin, a 12-year-old from New Jersey, Supergirl is more than just a nickname. Raised in an Orthodox Jewish family, Naomi started competing as a powerlifter at the age of eight, breaking world records set by much older women. Following Naomi over the course of several years, the film shows the moments of triumph alongside the challenges she faces on a daily basis. Naomi, we learn, is as strong mentally as she is physically. A compelling and uplifting watch.
