Israeli TV star Naftali is a self-professed liberal who dreams of producing a reality show about co-existence. But his progressive values are put to the test when a Palestinian labourer he hires is accused of assaulting a young girl in the quiet village where he lives. Torn between his belief in the man’s innocence and his neighbours’ call for revenge, Naftali needs to reassess everything he thought he knew about the conflict – and the human race in general. Tzahi Grad wrote, directed and stars in a dark comedy about our even darker impulses.
